8:30 AM – 9:45 AM
Worship services at St. George are liturgically-based, following the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer. We follow the Rite II liturgy, which has more modern language. Our Music Ministry offers songs, and our congregation sings hymns at both our Sunday morning services. We welcome children of all ages to our services, provide nursery care at both services, and Children’s Chapel at our 10:45 AM worship time.
Understanding the Gospel
9:45AM – 10:30 AM
Each Sunday we discuss the Gospel reading from the day’s worship service to uncover Jesus’ message to us for our lives. Since we all come from different places in our lives, we welcome everyone to share their perspective.
9:45 AM – 10:30 AM
The St. George Youth Group is for all Middle School and High School students who wish to come together to learn more about God, Christ, and Christian Fellowship. The group meets each Sunday evening from 5:30-7:00pm. The Youth Group gathers in the campus courtyard. Check out the Youth Group calendar for information on other fellowship and service activities for our Youth Group as well.
Coffee and Conversation
9:45 AM – 10:45 AM
Our “Coffee & Conversation” class for adults meets each Sunday from 9:40 – 10:30 AM in the Church Conference Room (at the rear of Church Office building) between services. We offer coffee, tea, cinnamon rolls, a classroom set of Bibles, and the current book we are reading, as well as plenty of friendly folks.
There is no homework, and we offer a safe place to talk about God at work in our lives and in the world around us. Visitors are always welcome!
C 3:16 Family Formation
10:00AM – 10:30 AM
Our fun-filled family formation class is a place where families can come together, sing songs, have breakfast, and learn how to share and talk about God and Christ in our lives. All are welcome to come and have a great time!
10:45 AM – 12:00pm
6:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Worship services at St. George are liturgically-based, following the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer. We follow the Rite II liturgy, which has more modern language. Our Music Ministry offers songs, and our congregation sings hymns at both our Sunday morning services. We welcome children of all ages to our services, provide nursery care at both services, and age-appropriate Worship experiences for children age 4 year olds to 5th grades (Children’s and KFC Chapel) during our 10:45 AM worship time.
A new worship experience launches at 6:30 pm Sunday evening, November 5th, called Abundant Grace. Designed to be very different from the Sunday morning experience yet centered around the Holy Eucharist, this service will mine the riches of The Book of Common Prayer and address various needs of the community as identified by our leadership. During its infancy period this worship time will not be held weekly. The schedule will be provided each week in the eSpear email newsletter.
