Stewardship
The 2025 Stewardship theme was “Walk in Love.” Materials were used from The Episcopal Network for Stewardship, of which the Diocese of West Texas is a member. Additionally, Stewardship Sunday was joined to our 70th anniversary luncheon. Bishop David Read was present as part of his annual visitation and we celebrated baptisms and confirmations as well.
Members were encouraged to submit their pledge cards at any time and to also participate in Stewardship Sunday, November 10th, at which time members came up to the altar to offer their Annual Gift of Support. Following the service on the 10th, a catered celebration lunch was held. A special thank you to Alana Woods, who chaired the luncheon.
The results of our 2025 Stewardship campaign are as follows:
- Total number of giving units - 89
- Units that increased pledge from last year - 39
- Number of new pledges –24
Total pledging units resulted in $517,436. When combined with all revenue sources, the total revenue budgeted for 2025 is $794,518.
