Fr. Keith Davis
Associate Rector
Since August 2023, I have had the privilege of serving as associate rector at St. George Episcopal Church. I provide clergy support to the Community of Hope International and assist in leading pastoral care for the parish. In addition to celebrating Eucharist with the community on Sundays, Feast Days, and Wednesdays, I have the great pleasure of leading Children’s Chapel during the week.
I am a recent graduate of the School of Theology at the University of the South – Sewanee (TN) from which I received my MDiv in May 2021. I was ordained by Bishop Rayford High to the diaconate on June 9th and by Bishop David M. Reed to the priesthood on December 13th, 2021. I served a curacy at All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Corpus Christi for two years, before coming to St. George.
Prior to becoming a priest, I worked in healthcare finance and administration at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. I later served as chief financial officer for a startup software company in Austin, TX and at Texas Biomedical Research Institute in San Antonio, TX. I have a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master’s in Business Administration from Duke University.
On my days off, I love to ride a bike. I like to ride long distances. I enjoy the bike trails in San Antonio and you’re likely to find me there on the weekends!
