 Mission Trip to Piedras Negras

July 19-24

Summer is drawing near, and we have set the Registration DEADLINE for JULY 1. We have 20 spots total and five of those are adults! The cost is $200 and scholarships are available. Please pray about this. Is the Lord calling you to Mission in Mexico? If so, please contact Rachel Graves at 342-4263 for more information or check out the flyer at http://www.saintgeorgechurch.org/PDFs/PiedrasMissionTrip.pdf

Piedras is one of the safest and cleanest cities on the whole US/Mexico Border. We went last year and had a great time. The food is great, the culture is welcoming and the place we'll be staying is a well run former Holiday Inn. The group will be helping out with an organized Vacation Bible School at El Buen Pastor Episcopal Church, where Father Miguel and Mari Elena serve.

Picnic and Pool Party
Friday, July 18

Our mid-summer Parish event will be Friday, July 18, at the home of Molly and Alex Miller. All families are invited to come, bring something to grill and a side dish to share, and enjoy the pool or just enjoy relaxing and visiting with friends. Mark you calendars now and plan to come and bring a friend! More information to come!
